Your ERP records. MintIQ executes.
MintIQ offers a standalone Agentic platform that you connect to your current ERP. With it you automate the operational work in that ERP, without having to switch systems. Think of it as virtual employees who carry out tasks themselves: entering orders, chasing suppliers, keeping item data clean.
From email, PDF and the customer portal. Item, quantity, price and delivery date checked and entered as a sales order in your system.
Price on two lines differs from the customer agreement. Not entered, waiting for you.
Delivery two weeks later. Date and allocations updated, draft email ready for the three customers whose orders depend on it.
Four duplicate items, two without a purchase price. Proposal: merge and fill in from the latest purchase order.
ViewThree agents, each with one piece of work. You keep the decisions.
An agent does one thing, all day, on your own orders, suppliers and items. Below, per agent, what it does and what stays with you.
Order Entry Agent
Reads every order that comes in and enters it as a sales order in your system. It recognizes the customer and the items and checks quantities, prices and delivery date against the customer agreement and the stock.
- From email, PDF, customer portal or EDI
- Order confirmation to the customer if everything checks out
- Deviating price or lead time: order held, with the reason
Your team helps the customers who need a human.
Supplier Collaboration Agent
Keeps up the contact with suppliers on open purchase orders, from sending to receipt. Whatever comes back, confirmation, packing slip or delay, it reads and processes on the order.
- Confirmations chased
- A delivery slips: new date on the purchase order, allocations updated
- Draft email for the customers affected, for review
Your buyers negotiate, choose suppliers and send out what goes to a customer.
Master Data Agent
Watches over the item data and proposes clean-ups: merge, fill in from the latest purchase order, or correct. It changes nothing itself.
- Duplicate and inactive items
- Missing fields and outdated purchase prices
- Units and supplier data that are wrong
- One proposal per finding, with the source
You approve the proposals, in bulk or one by one. Only then does anything change.
Reads along, does the work, books back.
No extra screen and no double entry. The integration is set up during the pilot, so you do not have to turn it into an IT project.
Reads along
Your orders, purchase orders, receipts and item data, plus the mailbox that goes with them.
Does the work
Within rules you write in plain language. Such as: "If a price on an order line differs from the customer agreement, do not enter the order and hand it to the salesperson."
Books back
The result goes back into your system. Whatever is waiting for you arrives in Teams, Slack or your inbox, without opening another system.

Building agents on an empty platform takes months. In MintIQ the foundation is already there.
The building blocks are already there
Purchase orders, receipts, required fields, checks: in MintIQ that is already defined. An agent does not first have to learn what a purchase order is or which fields must be filled in. So a first agent is up in days instead of months of development work.
The integrations are there
MintIQ is already connected to Exact Online, Odoo and Business Central. No integration has to be built before the first agent can run.
Extend without building
If it works for order entry, you use the same setup for suppliers, item data, stock or the warehouse. Those processes are already in MintIQ.
You decide how far MintIQ goes.
You set the limits
Per task you decide what MintIQ does itself and what needs your approval. Start strict, give room as trust grows.
Every action explained
A full trail of what MintIQ did, why, and which rule it followed. Your accountant can read it too.
Always clear who is acting
If it is MintIQ, it says so. If it is someone from our team, you see the name.
Off is off
Switch a task off and it stops immediately. Your data stays yours.
One agent, one fixed price per month. Going further is allowed, not required.
You start with one agent, for example the Order Entry Agent. No onboarding fees, no project, no billing by the hour. If you like it, you switch on the next one.
Order Entry Agent
Orders arrive in your current system by themselves. Nothing changes for your team.
Supplier Collaboration Agent
Suppliers chased and delivery dates up to date, on the same integration.
Master Data Agent
Item data clean, with proposals you approve.
Warehouse to MintIQ
Receipts in real time, the same agents, now on your own stock.
See it on your own data, before you decide anything.
In a 60-day pilot, a MintIQ expert sets it up with you and shows what MintIQ does with last month's work. Then you decide.
