Ready by the time you sign
We define the scope during the conversations, and set up MintIQ right away on your own items, customers and orders. By the time you sign, the system is largely ready. What is still called implementation after that is validating and adjusting. That is why it takes days.

The work that makes an implementation slow, we do before you sign.
We define the scope in the conversations
In the sales conversations we map your processes together: what comes in, what goes out and where it gets stuck today. That is the scoping phase. No separate requirements document follows.
Setup happens through conversation
You tell us how the work runs, the assistant asks questions and sets up the steps, fields and screens. A MintIQ expert sits in. What used to be weeks of clicking through menus is now a conversation.
It is ready when you sign
Your items, customers and open orders are already in there when you decide. You see the system running on your own work before anything is signed. The implementation after that is validating and adjusting.
From first conversation to live
Scope, in the conversations
We walk through your processes and decide together what MintIQ will do and what it will not. Your ERP integrations, the scanner, the rules per customer or client: it all comes to the table here.
Setup, on your own data
Before the signature, we set up MintIQ in conversation with the assistant, with your items, customers and orders in it. Your key users watch along and see their own work reflected.
Signing
You decide with a running system in front of you, not a presentation. Whatever is still open at that point is known and small.
Validate and adjust
Per part of the flow, for example receiving, order picking or invoicing, your key users check that it is right. Whatever deviates, we adjust in plain language. This is the implementation, and it takes days.
Live, and adjusting after that
If something changes in your work, you change the description. No new project is needed for that. Updates come automatically, so you always run the latest version.
Your data comes along, the integrations are included
We connect to your existing systems to transfer items, customers, suppliers and open orders. MintIQ reads the structure and proposes the field mappings. You watch along and approve.
Integrations with an accounting package, webshop, carrier or EDI party are included if the other system has an open API and the integration is reusable. An integration we build for one customer, the next customer uses too.
What is in the license
A fixed platform price based on your revenue bracket. Implementation is included in the license, and so is support: the assistant answers standard questions directly, and for the rest our team is ready.
Prices are not on the site yet; we discuss them in the conversation.
About getting started with MintIQ
How can an implementation be this fast?
Because most of it has already happened before you sign. We define the scope in the conversations, and in those same conversations we set up the system through the assistant, on your own data. What remains after signing is checking that it is right and adjusting where needed.
What if MintIQ does not fit our processes?
You see that before anything is signed, because the system is already running on your own orders and items by then. If a step does not fit, we describe it differently. You are not pushed into a fixed template.
Do we need technical knowledge?
No. Setup happens in plain language, with a MintIQ expert alongside. You tell us how the work runs, the assistant asks questions and sets it up. There is no code and no IT project.
How does the data migration work?
We connect to your current systems. MintIQ reads the structure and proposes which field belongs where. You watch along and approve. Items, customers, suppliers and open orders come across that way.
What happens after go-live?
If your work changes, the description changes. No implementation project is needed for that. Support is included in the license and updates come automatically.
Let's talk
Have a question, or want to know what MintIQ could mean for you? We are happy to help. Tell us briefly how your order flow works, and we will show you MintIQ with a process that looks like yours. And if we are not the best choice, we will say so.
